I’m a simple man who enjoys quality time with friends and family. My main priorities involve raising my children, providing for my family, and bettering myself each day. If I could pause time and do the things I loved, my activities would include reading, exercising, outdoor fun with my boys, and jamming to rock n roll music from the 70s. I also enjoy BBQ grilling. Whether it’s a nice fat steak, baby back ribs, or some bacon wrapped hotdogs, I’m happy with any BBQ outing! I’m in the roofing industry because it’s an extremely rewarding profession. Whether it’s the service we offer to the customer in handling the stress of keeping a good roof over their heads or fighting the insurance companies to do right by the policyholder and pay for damages, I genuinely enjoy helping the little guy!

Hi, I’m Richard, a seasoned Arizonan since 2004 and a newlywed since 2022! Alongside my adventurous wife, I’ve explored over 13 countries, driven by our shared love for travel. When I’m not globe-trotting, you’ll find me at live comedy shows or on stage performing improv, fueled by my passion for the performing arts. As an outdoor enthusiast, I love camping under the stars and hitting the slopes for some thrilling snowboarding sessions in the winter. In 2024, I joined Tempel Roofing, drawn by its integrity, stellar reputation, and the unwavering support it offers. Life is an adventure, and I’m living it to the fullest!

My name is Jay. Originally from Brooklyn NY. The 2nd oldest out of 7 of us. I’m familiar with responsibility, growing up helping my siblings. Now I offer my responsibility and dedication to advocate for you and get your roof replaced. I like to consider myself a family man. I am married, 2 boys and my little princess on the way. When I am not working or spending time with the family, which is rare, I enjoy Latin dancing. I have performed and danced all over the valley. I love to be out and about interacting and helping people. A big reason I chose the roofing industry is that I am able to interact with all people from walks of life each and every day and have helped so many people in the valley getting a brand new beautiful roof. It’s a very rewarding job for me.

Back in 2015 I graduated from Illinois State University, and while I started in big construction, I quickly found my home in a small business setting where I could connect with clients face-to-face. This personal touch is what drives me every day. As the Project Manager at Tempel Roofing, I have the opportunity to combine my love for the roofing industry with a dedication to delivering top-notch results. Outside of work, you’ll find me at the gym (I’m trying to be the best at exercising), which fuels my focus and determination. I have a naturally keen eye for detail and a knack for organization and ensure every roofing project is completed to the highest standards, on time, with meticulous clean up and, best of all, within budget. My goal is always to exceed client expectations and make every project a success and I look forward to meeting you and working on your project soon.

Hi, I’m Brenda! I’m a Project Manager by day, and a boring person by night. I love taking naps, collecting mugs, and trying out new hobbies. If I didn’t have to work, you’d probably find me sipping tea while watching hummingbirds or relaxing in a spa. I have been licensed with the Arizona Department of Insurance since 2017 and have been working in this industry since 2015. I specialize in property claims resolution through the interpretation of policy language and adherence to code compliance. The understanding of insurance claims regulations and building code ordinances allows me to navigate favorable outcomes for our clients. This has been my industry of choice and now the company of choice for some time now and the biggest contributing factor on what I value most is that we are rewarded by honoring our clients’ best interests.
